Tetra Tebel O-Vat (2006) Use: Fermentation and preparation of curd Capacity: 18,000 liters Condition: Fully operational with all stations and pumps 3. Tetra Tebel WaterDrainer / Creamer (2006) Use: Dehydration of curd + mixing with cream Condition: Operational with control panels (Siemens MP370) Note: Product pump for final transfer not included Production Process Overview: 1.Product Preparation: Fermentation in vat → heating → cutting & mixing → serum drainage Addition of pasteurized water halts fermentation 2. Transfer: Product pumped 3–3.5m up to Water Drainer via 100mm pipe 3.Cream Mixing: Dehydrated curd mixed with cream in the Creamer (using weight sensors) 4.Final Filling: Mixture sent to Trepko filling machine → cups sealed with foil → moved to conveyor for group packaging
