By registering for or using MachineryVault ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Marketplace Services

• • Users may list machinery for sale, purchase machinery, and send requests to other users.
• • MachineryVault is not a party to any transaction between users.
• • You are solely responsible for the legality and condition of the items you sell or request.

4. Payments and Fees

• • Payments are processed via Stripe. By using our services, you agree to comply with Stripe's Terms of Service.
• • MachineryVault may charge service fees, which will be disclosed prior to completing a transaction.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• • List stolen or fraudulent machinery.
• • Spam or harass other users via requests or messaging.
• • Misrepresent your identity or listings.

6. Termination

MachineryVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

• • We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

8. Limitation of Liability

MachineryVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
